What should I bring/wear?

What to bring: Yourself, easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, a towel, robe (optional) to wear to and from the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What to wear: We recommend arriving wearing your swimsuit underneath your clothes to dress down into before your session as we do not have private changing room or bathroom facilities available.

How many people fit?

We can accommodate up to 10 people in a public session to make sure everyone is comfortable and has space.

Hosting a party or event? Remember - a sauna round is generally only about 15 minutes, so there is opportunity for many more people than there are seats to enjoy the sauna in cycles.

What is included?

  • Access to two different Little Ember wood-fired saunas

  • A plethora of essential oil options to add to the steam.

Where do I park?

Address: 2101 Cedar Lake Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55416

Parking: There is limited paid parking in the lot where the saunas are parked. However, there is plenty of street parking available just steps away in the neighborhood across Cedar Lake Parkway.

What is you cancellation policy?

Community sessions non-refundable within 3 days of the event. Private bookings are non-refundable within 14 days.

I’ve never used a sauna before, is that okay?

Yes! We will have a dedicated sauna host at the saunas at all times to help guide you through the process and answer any questions.

Here are our main tips:

  • Listen to your body: This isn’t a competition to see who can stay in the hot room the longest. Feeling too hot? Notice your heart rate escalating? Leave the sauna and cool down. We suggest using the sauna in cycles. 10-15 minutes of hot, followed by a 5+ minute cool-down before going back in the sauna for another round.

  • Stay hydrated: Hydrate with plenty of water both before and after your session.

  • Relax: Breathe. Enjoy the heat, enjoy the views, enjoy your company.
